Client Success Engineer (Tribal Elder)

Experienced in a range of analytical methods, statistical modelling and machine learning, James employs a rigorous, pragmatic approach when building solutions to deliver creative and effective results for our clients. Direct experience and proven ability to deliver complex, impactful solutions in high-stakes environments. At Palantir, James led the Cerner Millennium migration, working with multiple NHS Trusts and improving hospital operations, directly aligning with the collaborative, client-facing nature of the FDE role.

Morgan

Client Success Engineer (Tribal Elder)

Morgan spent 8 years working for Palantir all around the world as an FDE and later as Technical Project Lead with some of Palantir's most critical and exigent clients. His achievements cover bootstrapping new projects in France and Spain, designing unique applications to fit customer workflows in Norway, improving real time data integrations feeding into dedicated data centres in the UAE, and teaching analysts how to create their own LLM workflows! Morgan is able to adapt and deploy our raft of technologies to best fit customer needs.

As a key member of the Client Success Team, Luke draws on his expertise to ensure clients achieve maximum value from their partnerships.

Six years at Palantir, Romy is a technical leader with a proven track record of driving solutions that create real business impact. Leading large engineering teams for Fortune 500 company, and US & UK government projects. A UC Berkeley and Palantir Alumnus, Romy holds a background in Geophysics and Economics, providing a solid foundation for tackling complex technical and strategic challenges.

Marci

Consultant Advisor

Marci is a research engineer with over ten years of experience across data infrastructure, blockchain, and AI systems. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and has published peer-reviewed research in neuroscience and network science. He led a cross-functional team to deliver a blockchain identity platform from research through mainnet launch, including enterprise integrations with Deloitte. More recently, Marci has been building AI agent systems, designing ontologies, and developing compliance automation workflows for financial services clients. Methodical problem solver with a soft spot for graph theory and complex systems. He combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.

Jonathan

Client Success Engineer

A Palantir alumnus Jonathan has demonstrated strong leadership and technical expertise on NHS-focused FDP projects, most recently as Technical Lead, overseeing technical assessments, sprint planning, onboarding, and large-scale deployments. Delivering 72 FDP instances to NHS trusts ahead of schedule, developing a validation tool that reduced validation time by ~80%, and optimizing compute spend. Successfully deployed multiple applications, led client training and developed an LLM-driven climate workflow that reduced review time by ~75%. Jonathan holds a BSc in Computer Science

Amna

Client Success Engineer

Amna has extensive Foundry experience across manufacturing, energy, finance and healthcare. Working hands-on within the platform across pipelines, time-series analysis, ontology design and operational analytics, and has trained users at every engagement. At Palantir, Amna was part of the team on Palantir's first Korean engagement with Doosan Infracore, embedding with the heavy machinery manufacturer to build real-time monitoring dashboards that supported their transformation across the value chain, from product development to quality maintenance. She then led work for the index funds department at one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds, building time-series analytical tools, migrating their workflows into Foundry and training their engineers. At BP, Amna spent over a year working with topside production engineers, pioneering a Workshop Application that enabled them to manage and tune parameters across oil field simulations and carry out optimisations at scale. Latterly joining Palantir's early Federated Data Platform team scaling Foundry across the NHS, leading work in the north of England and building the discharge coordination product now live at over 40 trusts.

Proven track record of leveraging data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and achieve significant cost savings. Adept at leading cross-functional teams and converting business needs to technical requirements through close collaboration with business and operations stakeholders. A strong communicator with leadership, operators, and engineering teams, Jonah has led cross-functional delivery across 3 US manufacturing sites, ran stakeholder meetings and floor walks to gather feedback and drive adoption. Marko is a mathematician and software architect with a PhD from Imperial College London. He’s a published researcher (including Science), a tech entrepreneur, and a hands-on builder who enjoys turning ideas into robust systems, whether that’s software, sensors, or industrial-grade architecture. His work spans academia, fintech and defence consulting, collaborations with the NHS, and leading delivery as a Technical Lead at Palantir. He thrives on solving hard problems with smart people and is always learning something new.

Persephone

Client Success Engineer (Associate)

Persephone spent 2 years on the Privacy and Civil Liberties engineering team at Palantir helping to build Foundry's privacy tools. She also spent several years working for YouGov helping clients understand and make the most of their data. She holds a BA and MA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.

Filip

Filip was at Palantir for 2 years, most of which were spent helping various teams tackle difficult data pipeline problems. He then decided to take some time to travel the world and try his luck at doing his own thing. 4 startups and a bunch of fun times later he's found his way to our team. Rajvir

Rajvir is an enthusiastic Data Scientist with over 5 years of experience, specialising in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modelling. Previously with BP and studying part-time for an MSc in Applied Data Science at the University of Buckingham, Rajvir holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Data Science. Key skills include Machine Learning, Time Series Forecasting, Data Engineering, Palantir Foundry, and Databricks.

Throughout his professional career, he has worked multiple times on developing and integrating systems that turn complex data into actionable insights. His background allows him to quickly adapt to new technologies and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet client needs.

Rayna

Client Success Engineer

Rayna is a Lead Data Scientist and AI/ML Engineer with over six years of experience delivering AI and automation projects across government. With deep experience in Palantir Foundry, designing ontologies, data pipelines, and analytical workflows. AI/ML Expertise, Statistical Modelling, LLM and Generative AI including a 2024 Bravo Award for architecting and delivering the first LLM-capable dashboard for global activity risk decision support in the MOD. Rayna holds an MSc in Statistical Modelling & Informatics from King’s College London and applies advanced probabilistic modelling, inference, and quantitative analysis to integrate rigorous statistical methods with modern AI systems. She has expert experience in time-series and predictive modelling, applying them to forecast operational demand and evolving risk patterns with precision, ensuring accurate, responsible, and operationally meaningful outcomes grounded in ethical AI practice.

Pintu

Client Success Engineer (Intern)

Pintu studied Accounting and Finance at the University of the West of England and developed expertise through hands-on investigation work at Santander, focusing on fraud detection and financial compliance. As a software engineer, Pintu combines an analytical mindset from his financial background with technical acumen to help clients extract meaningful insights from their data and optimise their operations. His background in financial systems and data analysis allows him to quickly understand client workflows and deliver meaningful insights that drive adoption and impact.
