Information was managed across legacy spreadsheets and specialist source systems. Consents, schedule activities, field assets and assurance records were individually important but difficult to connect. Users needed to understand not only what had happened, but which assets and activities were affected and what action was required next.

Connected consent conditions to the assets and roles they affected
Integrated planning schedules so changes and risks could be surfaced in context

Created geographic and exception-based views of emerging issues
Enabled trained users to build appropriate self-service reporting on governed datasets

The Result

Operational teams gained a common view across previously separated processes. Users could trace obligations to physical assets, identify assurance gaps and bring emerging schedule risks to the right people earlier.
