Ingestion and preprocessing of payer-policy documents
Extraction, chunking and embeddings for policy retrieval
Governed ontology objects representing the processed policy knowledge
Health checks, scheduling and troubleshooting procedures for policy refresh
A dashboard identifying policies approaching expiry
An integration design for reading biller notes from a major electronic health-record environment
Implementation documentation and knowledge transfer for the client team

The Result

The product reached implementation readiness for an initial pilot, with its solution architecture, operating documentation and integration approach reviewed with the client team.
